Hi, I’m Espen — curious about people, technology, and the systems that connect them.

My background combines technical work, organizational studies, and strategic management. I started in mechatronics and industrial maintenance, later moved into Human Resource Studies, and I’m currently pursuing a master’s in Strategic Management: Business Development. Along the way, I became increasingly interested in how organizations adapt to technological, social, and strategic change.
