A growing collection of research summaries, evidence-based insights, and practical takeaways for students, managers, practitioners, and curious readers.
Everything you see on the site was written and built through code. I developed the project locally in Visual Studio Code, managed it with GitHub, and deployed it through a GitHub-based workflow. No website builder, drag-and-drop editor, or pre-made website template was used.

About me
I’m Espen Hofmann, a Strategic Management: Business Development student with a background in mechatronics, production, HR, and people management.
My interests sit between technology, strategy, organisations, and human development. I like understanding how systems work, how people make decisions, and how ideas can be turned into something useful.
